I am planning for MS in Germany. Completed Btech (Computer Science:2010). Now Working as software engg. Please suggest me is it a good move?

hi. I completed btech with 70% in CSE. I have joined a software company and after one year i am plannign to do MS in germany (as i heard i can avail free education there). Please suggest a stream which boosts my career in technical domain. Also, please tell me how much it will cost approximately.
