I am planning for MS in Mechanical engineering in Canada.

I would like to prefer a universities well known among employers and even i am looking for scholarships. My Engineering aggregate is 77% and 75% in last 2 years in my engineering. I have work experience of 3 yrs in IT industry. I am yet to take GRE and TOEFL. Please advise me on this. Thank you.
