: I am planning on appearing for one sitting degree from Periyar salem. And all i need to know is this much. be very specific and sure about what you answer pelase :) 1. is it recognized by UGC i.e. is it legal? 2. Is it valid to appear for UPSC exams like CDS, Civil services? thanks.kindly help!
