i am planning on taking GRE in Aug11 ,is TOEFEL compulsory ?i am interested in M.Tech/M.S ,please suggest reputed universities in US,UK,AUS

Being an Graduate in electronics and communication i would like to pursue a masters program abroad and i am planning on taking GRE this August(2011) and also i would like to indicate that i am a working professional ,i would like to know the flow of obtaining a seat in any reputed univ of US,UK,AUS
