I am planning to do m.s in germany.my cgpa is 7.6. but i had 2 backlogs though i cleared them in first attempt. am i eligible.please help me

It is not possible.at first u have to clearur backlogs and after that attempt for the course.and for the higher education.India has also the same value for the companies and due to this reason u have also the option of doing the same in India and so we can say that the international ties ups matteer
