I am planning to do medicine which wil be for six years so can i do any diploma like in languages and/or degree/diploma in economics.

Are you planing for pharma course. ?
if you are going to do this course.
initially don't go for any diploma/ degree.
after one or two year. if you like . then choose language course.
But not now.

You are planning to do medicine,diploma in language,diploma in economics,so the question is not clear,First you decide your interest,your goal,better to be clear about your subjects in 12th and in graduation then it will be easy to suggest about your future planning Please feel free to ask
