I am planning to do MS. I am a fresher finished my MBA-Operations and Supplychain management in 2013. Is it worth doing MS after MBA?

I am a fresher finished my PGDM-Operations and Supplychain management in JUN 13. I got a good job through college placement. Due to some personal situations I left that job after 2 months. After that I didn't get a good opportunity. Its been 8 months I am unemployed. Is doing MS after MBA worth now?

    Hi Mr Ramkumar,
Yes MS course in Supply Chain Management will add lot of value to your profile after doing your PGDM in Operations and SCM as it is a further specialization in a particular field, offering more in-depth knowledge in the field. MS is aimed at producing specialists or expert of that field.
With an MS Degree, you would start your career in your particular field of expertise. Your success would be determined by your knowledge of the field and its application. As you climb up the ladder, you would become a recognized expert in the filed.
Experience doesn't matter as most of the MS Holder are freshers.
    I hope it is useful?
