Some colleges have student exchange while others have global mba. Most prominent colleges that have student exchanges are sp jain, xlri, sibm and few IIMs

All top IIMs (A, B,C, l, L and K), XLRI and IBS-hyderabad are most popular b-schools in India which have student exchange programs.
