I am planning to give SNAP in 2016, can you pl suggest me the books for solving. I am already prepairing for MH CET.

You dont need any special books for SNAP, if you have purchased any books for MHCET then that should be enough for SNAP. However you should prepare your GK well via online blogs and sites

SNAP final merit list is prepared on the basis of candidate's entrance exam score, academic profile, work profile and GE-PI performance.

There is no SNAP counselling fee to be paid. The fee is already charged in SNAP application fee per college selection.
