I was recruited as a fresher in Capgemini and now working in the same for a year as a mainframe analyst. I further want to upskill myself and study business analytics.

Both the US and Canada are very good destinations to pursue Masters, but there are few significant differences. The cost of living is also lesser in Canada, then compared to thus. However, you can earn 30 40% in thus. Getting a PR is a bit easier in Canada while in the US it is a slightly lengthier process. Good luck.
