I am post graduate in sociology and have done ( P.G.D.A.P.R.) .Now I want to go to abroad for study. can I go without IELTS ?

Can u pls suggest that for which course I can apply and will bank help me at every stage if I get education loan from them?

Hi Atul, it is difficult to go to a country like Germany without writing IELTS. You have 2 options, either learn German and clear testDAF and go for a course in German language or go to Singapore where Indian students are not required to appear for IELTS or TOEFL. If you like this answer then kind
