    Eligibility Criteria:

    1. Citizenship: Indian citizen

    2. Age: 21-32 years (general category)

    3. Education: Graduate degree

    4. Criminal Record: No conviction or pending cases

    Conflict of Interest:

    1. If you hold an office of profit in the party, it may be considered incompatible with UPSC exam eligibility.

    2. Active involvement in party politics might raise questions about impartiality.

    Guidelines for Civil Servants:

     

    1. All India Services (Conduct) Rules, 1968: Prohibit civil servants from participating in politics.

    2. Central Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1964: Restrict government employees from engaging in political .
