I am preparing for next year's BBA entrance exam. Can you suggest how to prepare well and some books for its preparation?

It is good that you are preparing for BBA. You can join some institution or can get a book of Pearson which include best materials for BBA and helps in the preparation for IIM Indore, 5 years Symbiosis, Christ and other top colleges. You can google some books but I am naming the one book that I found the best. It is IIM Indore – IPM by Duenorth Academics (Pearson). This book is helpful for other entrance exams as well except this one.
