I am PUC failed in chemistry subject. What can I do next? Can I join BCA if I am a PU failed student?

No, you cannot join BCA or any other degree courses, but you can do three years of Diploma in Computer Science, and after completing Diploma, you can join BCA or engineering as lateral entry.
