I am pursing B.Sc IT. Which one is better among software development, java development and web development in terms of scope?

Hello Sangram,
It's really a tough query that you are asking !! Ok. There is no hard and fast rule. Some years it's Java on the other hand in some years it's web development. I would advise you to grab admission in whichever field you are getting.

There are almost same with each other, I want to do job in Noida or Bangalore, I mean out of Punjab.
