I am pursing diploma Courses from NIIT for 1 years. But i want to take literal entry in B.Sc(IT). Because i'm only 10+2 pass from science stream. So, tell me waht to do ?

Hi Govind.
You can take lateral entry for B.Sc(IT) because NIIT is not recognised college by the govt.
You will have take admission as a fresher of any college of your choice.
