I am pursing diploma in mech. engg. am i able to study B.tech in usa by D2D (diploma to degree)? how?

I study Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (3 years course after std. 10th) at RK University. I also want to know that am i able to complete Bachelors Degree in 3 years? (by exclude 1 year from 4 years bach. degree.)

    Your 3 years Diploma will be considered as equivalent to your 12 years of education and you have to start education by 1st year of degree programmes
