Dear Nand Kishore, top one in Bangalore is IIM and IIFT in Hyderabad. For IIM, you will have to appear in CAT exams, which are just over for next year admissions. IIFT requires work experience as well so you can't apply unless you have done a stint with some company.

You may search for top B-schools in Bangalore or Hyderabad, then you can decide which B-school to join on the basis of Fee structure, faculty, Infrastructure & Placements etc.
