I am pursuing a diploma ODL method(session 2012-14) & a regular B.ed (session 2014-15).is possible to continue ? what is UGC guideline ?

I am pursuing a diploma in ODL method(session 2012-14) & want to do a B.Ed in (session 2014-15). but my diploma is yet not completed due to some problem. now the roisterer is not ready to give registration for B.Ed course? can he do this ? what is UGC guideline?please send the link of that guideline

If you have a degree with minimum 45% you are eligible to apply for B.Ed subject to fulfilling other condition UGC guideline says that you cannot pursue two degree at a time but you can pursue a degree and a diploma together. Any institute cannot stop you. On the basis of expert committee's recomm
