Yes, you may surely pursue MBA, in order to pursue MBA, you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation.

You can apply for competitive exams ,you can apply to colleges offering mba in real estate,but your admission will be conditional till you have your final year results in hand.
