I am pursuing B.Com but have interest in IT field. Is it a good option to pursue MCA after it?

Yes Hardik, MCA is a good career choice. MCA is a technical course concerned with the information systems and how to make the best possible use of the latest technologies. It is not always that the students who have done BCA/ B.Sc CS/ B.Sc IT only they go for MCA. Even other graduates opt for MCA because of the good career opportunities that are available after completing MCA. So, the syllable starts from the grass-root level keeping in mind all the students. Now, some institutions offer admission in MCA on basis of entrance tests, some give direct admission on basis of marks in previous qualification. Most universities, especially the private ones, offer good placements and placement assistance to students. Some even offer scholarships to students. Check the websites of some good universities.
