    It will be more convenient to teach commerce since you have been a B.Com graduate.

Since you are a B.Com graduate, I don't see any language specialisation in there. So pursuing a Masters degree is not possible. If at all, you wish to pursue English literature only, then the only option for you is to pursue Graduation again and then only can you opt for this specialisation at the Masters level.
