I am pursuing B.Ed (commerce background). Which subject should I choose among science, maths and social studies?

Don't stress out too much. Choose what you are comfortable with. Select a subject that you like and are interested in. If you are asking for opinion then I would suggest choosing social studies because it contains history and that doesn't change with syllabus.

Well I stated my opinion. You can choose whatever you want. There is no foundation on the subjects you can choose. So you can choose maths or science. It doesn't actually affect interview but give a good answer if they ask so. For CTET, ask another question to get a better answer.
