    Hi,
    Off campus degree means distance degree and definitely it is valid.
    Regardless of the delivery method of the award, the award/degree you receive when you graduate is the same (full time/regular) and has the same academic standing.

    If you mean Bachelor degree in hotel management then it is a good course to pursue and it offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities, not only in India but across the globe.
