    If you want to continue pursuing science, and that too in MSU, you can for M.Sc. in Chemistry or Applied Chemistry. These are two very vast fields which give you an opportunity to do research in future. It also depends upon the interest you have and what you wish to pursue. Thus take a decision based on that and the scope of the field. Best of luck for your Masters!
