I am pursuing B.Sc Computers, can I pursue M.Sc biotechnology?

My subjects in B.Sc are Mathematics, Electronics, and Computers.

    No, I don't think it's possible. You could do certification courses in Biotechnology but for an MAC, you need to be a graduate in the same discipline.
