The eligibility for B.Ed:
Candidates with:
a) At least fifty percent marks either in the Bachelors Degree and/or in the Masters Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity. Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in science and mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent there to. b) Trained in-service teachers in elementary education.
So you can't apply.

Hi,
Candidate must have completed graduation/masters securing at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC). Monad University, Hapur is recognized by UGC, so your degree is valid. You can see below link:
