I am pursuing B.Tech (CS). Is MBA finance a better choice?

Hello,
I believe by CS you mean Computer Science, B.Tech CS has absolutely no correlation with MBA Finance, in which case it will be an entirely new ball game altogether. Though you are eligible to apply and can pursue if you clear the entrance process successfully, finance is an entirely different
