i am pursuing b.tech from sharda university, but i want to change my collg. can i get admission in any of the reputed colleges in 2nd year?

Be happy with what you have got. Please note that you may change as per rule but you are not going to get any college better than yours, only option will be colleges which is worst than your present college.
