    There are many options for Masters like MBA, M.Tech, MCA, etc.
    But I will suggest you MBA after B.Tech because you should have management knowledge as well because you are from mechanical and you will know about the management.
    You should go with:
    MBA in engineering
    MBA in marketing
    MBA in finance
