It's great to know your dreams of studying abroad. But please remove this notion of cheap university. Ho for the best. Abroad, there are enough opportunities to work and learn. Also Indian Banks also provide educational loan for study abroad.I would therefore advise you to approach an agency dealing with sending students to US.
