I am pursuing B.tech(Mech.engg)3rd year in a low tier college.But I want to do my B.S in USA .Is It right to dropout and prepare for TOEFL?

My college faculty and academics are not good and I can't find any practical knowledge and I need quality education and hands on experience.So I was thinking to dropout from college and prepare for TOEFL/SAT and get admission in a US universitiy .Is it a right or wrong decision?I am really confused?

Hello Udaykiran, you are already in the third year of engineering and now you are thinking of leaving this and joining a college in US for graduation that is based on your 12th. Right?
