Yes, if you don't have a science background you are still eligible for AFCAT as the minimum educational qualification required for AFCAT is a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.
However, the Flying Branch requires candidates to have passed Physics and Mathematics at the 10+2 level.
