I am pursuing BA (Eng) hons and wish to take up Fashion Communication after grad. Is it mandatory to have a degree in fashion for admssn?

I am pursuing B.A (English) honours and would like to take up Fashion Communication after my graduation. Is it mandatory to have an undergraduate degree in fashion so as to get admission to a masters in fashion communication?
