I am an Indian citizen. I scored 9.8 CGPA and 91% in class 10th and 12th. Also, I have scored 75% in the 1st year of UG.

No, not all colleges accept GMAT, for a proper MBA entrance you need to appear for CET, CMAT, ATMA, SNAP, etc. that is mainly accepted by renowned institutes. And, to answer your second question, working experience is not necessary but certain top colleges like IIMs do prefer students with work ex.
