I am Pursuing BE(Mechanical) from PU and I am confused as what to choose for PG whether MBA OR MS..Is MS possible in India?

I am Pursuing BE(Mechanical) and I am final year student. As such I am confused as what to choose for my PG. I am interested in MS but is it possible to do MS in India and if possible guide me please.
