i am pursuing biotechnology (honours) from wbut. i am completing in 2014. after grad i want to study masters in delhi.. please provide info.

i want to study in delhi because i want to prepare for ias from there.. so any good masters course will suit me.... say fr example msc. in biotech or mba or any other good masters course related to my stream........... any type.. please give information........
