I am pursuing CA. I am confused if i should devote my entire time to CA or i should go for a supplementary courses like CFA or FRM.

I guess you are confused with too many courses in mind. Have some patience and focus on one course at a time. If you wish to pursue CFA / FRM, please focus on it instead of CA and vice-versa. Doing too many courses simultaneously can be a risky affair.
