I am pursuing civil engineering & am not interested to continue my career in this field. What should I do?

I came to know about my interests in web programmes, management and English linguistic while pursuing my B.Tech. There is something which makes me passionate about these things. I was thinking of pursuing MBA after this but I ain't sure about this decision.
