I am pursuing CS and I want to go for MBA. Is it feasible?

Yes you can go for MBA, if you are already a graduate, alongside your CS course.

If you have completed your graduation then you can pursue MBA. It doesn't matter if you are pursuing your CS with it. I hope this would suffice. All the best and god bless you.
