I am pursuing Electrical Engineering in an IIT (3rd Year) and would want to know about internship opportunities in Universities in USA?

I wanted to do an internship mandatory for my B.Tech degree from IIT. What are the opportunities for a 2 or 3 month internship in Electrical Engineering in USA? Also I need proper funding.
