I am pursuing Engineering In CS. can i get admission in B.SC CS and enroll myself for two degrees

Why do you want to do two degrees on same subject simultaneously? First of all you can not register for two full time degree simultaneously. Even if an university allow you to pursue BSc along with B Tech, it will be a pure waste of effort.
