i am pursuing final year B.Sc(c.s). if there is any arrear in my result, may i allow to apply engineering under anna university counselling?

i want to do B.E(c.s/IT). but now i am having 2 arrears in 6th semester. what i have to do now? can i apply for B.E in this academic year or else i have to wait till complete my arrears
