I am pursuing LL.B. 3 years course and I have 1 kt in sem1 and 2 kt's in sem 2 am I eligible for sem3 please help me with this?

Hi, please explain what is a KT? If it is a back then the rule depends upon the university or college. Mostly year back is given when you fail in all exams and you can clear your back in regular course.
