Utkal University is recognised by UGC. It is a member of the Indian Association of Universities and Commonwealth Association of Universities. Utkal University has been accredited by NAAC with A+ Grade in December 2017 for a period of five years. As per the rules of UGC, aspirants who have completed master's from a UGC Approved University are eligible to appear in the UGC NET Examination. Those who are appearing in their final year examination of master's degree are also eligible to appear in this exam. Best of luck.
