I am pursuing M.Sc and want to do Ph.D abroad. What are my chances?

I have scored 93% in SSC, 87.5% in HSC and 7.3 CGPA in B.Sc in chemistry.

It doesn't matter how many marks you have got. However, it depends on your preparation and understanding capabilities for each and every topic. Oh, I didn't understand your question. Okay, but I have no idea about Germany. But can try other Indian universities and IITs. From tomorrow, IIT BHU starts its online application form. You may apply and also can try other universities, they will notify soon.
