Pursuing MBA through distance eduation (Madras University),now i 35 years old and i m working in an limited company as an accountant,my question is ,Can I Enroll for Associate of Company Secretaryship at the age of 35 .Pls explain me about the advantages and disadvantages.

Yes, you can enroll for Associate of Company Secretaryship at this age 35 years. There is no disadvantage as such except that you will have to cope with the younger generation for the same kind of work.
