or instead of dis course i shud prepare for CAT/MAT for pg-hr. or i shud continue my mba frm symbi & do ph.d aftr dat. so in dat case ph.d shud b regular?? bcz my mba z also frm distnc?? in dis case frm whr shud i do ph.d corrspndnc or regular & wat cn b my carrier options furture in future???

I would suggest you to continue with your MBA-HR course. Meanwhile you may plan to add a few HR certifications like PHR, SPHR etc(offered by HRCI, US) or Brainbench or Expert rating. These will enhance your profile and will help you get a good job.
