    Dear Sona,
What you are doing is sufficient. The only you have to focus is on your scorecard. If your scorecard is good, it will keep you ahead of others. As far as the package is concerned it totally depends on your negotiating capability in front of the employer during the time of your interview. So just be focused and confident. I hope this would suffice. All the best. God bless you.

Dear Sona M, I have answered one of your questions on Shiksha. And on Shiksha, you have asked so many questions, after reviewing all those questions I realized you are a little bit confused about your career (Sorry to say ). Can you please brief me on your profile? So that I can answer you in a technical manner. Thanks!
