I am pursuing MBA, last sem. After that i am interested in doing diploma in personnel management. & labour welfare . Is that beneficial?

Dear Prabhakar, if you are doing mBA in hR this course has no benefit. Better you can go for other certification as the Diploma course syllabus is the same whatever you have studied during your MBA under subject labour laws
Industry also don't give any additional weightage for this course
